Jason Patison and team returned to Irwindale Speedway on Saturday September 10th after taking an unexpected midseason vacation.  Following a devastating wreck that left their number 17 Super Late Model in the junkyard, Patison and the STR crew spent the last couple months in the shop building a replacement.

After an opening day set back, Jason Patison Racing has been gaining momentum every time they hit the track at Toyota Speedway.  Coming off back-to-back 3rd place finishes in the NASCAR Whelen Super Late Model Series, Patison and crew rolled into Irwindale CA, with a well prepared car and it showed from the get go.

Back-to-Back Podiums for Patison Coming off a third place finish, Jason Patison and his number 17 Super Late Model team headed back to Toyota Speedway looking to build on their momentum.  The team had been experimenting with some new set-ups in search of a little more speed around the ½ mile oval, but after struggling to find consistent lap times they made the call to revert back to a previous set-up.

Jason Patison and his Lucas Oil Super Late Model team traveled to Toyota Speedway of Irwindale, CA for the April 23rd NASCAR Whelen event.  The team was looking to turn their luck around after being wrecked during the opening night race at Toyota Speedway.

Coming off of a Podium finish in NASCAR Whelen Super Late Model Series, Jason Patison and Team headed to Gresham, GA for stop number 8 in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East.  This event is the first time in over 20 years that the series has visited the 5/8 mile track and with the new high banked corners and race surface it promised to be a fast day at the races.
